Luis Rafael González, CCIM, CRRP has over 25 years of progressive experience in the commercial real estate and retail industries, working for Fortune 500 global companies and as a landlord, tenant, broker, and consultant.

Rafa, as he's commonly known is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP), a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), and a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), with proven expertise in financial, market, user, and investment analysis, as well as negotiations. He is a strategic thinker with an extraordinary business acumen, very knowledgeable of the Caribbean and Latin American markets, business culture, practices, geo-economics, politics, and demographics. Rafa is also a high-level networker, able to interact at all corporate and business levels, and a leader who empowers and supports his team to achieve excellence.
